At Manrimal, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Products that are used, washed, damaged, or missing tags are not eligible for return.
Exchange
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Wrong size received.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product received with a manufacturing defect.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The ordered product is out of stock after payment.
- You receive a defective or incorrect product and a replacement is not available.
- Your refund request is approved after inspection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products purchased on sale or clearance.
- Customized or altered products.
- Used, washed, or damaged items caused by the customer.
Return Process
- Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number and clear photos of the product (if applicable).
- Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
- After inspection, your exchange or refund will be processed.
Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), Manrimal will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.
